Brad Pitt is grateful for his divorce from Angelina Jolie after 8 years

Brad Pitt’s divorce from Angelina Jolie allegedly came as a relief for the actor.

The 61-year-old star believes that settling their eight-year-old divorce case is “the perfect way to ring in the new year and you can’t think of a better way to start 2025,” according to a source.

“It’s been a long road, but Brad is very grateful to start the new year with a clean slate and a fresh start,” the insider said Page six.

The 49-year-old actress filed settlement documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, after eight years of an intense legal battle.

The Criminal the star filed for divorce from Pitt in 2016, after two years of marriage. The former couple has six children: Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Discussing the new settlement, an inside source commented, “There are other aspects that need to be resolved legally between Brad and Angelina, such as the ongoing Chateau Miraval lawsuit, but Brad considers this aspect to be a big win.”

The Fair the actor sued Girl, interrupted actress in February 2022, accusing his ex-wife of breach of contract by selling her shares in Chateau Miraval in October 2021 to a third party without his consent.
