JEE aspirant from Guna dies by suicide in Kota

Kota: A 20-year-old JEE candidate from Guna died by suicide in Kota on Wednesday. Police identified him as Abhishek Lodhawho moved to Kota in May 2024 to prepare for JEE. He took up PG in Ambedkar Nagar. On Thursday, police said a suicide note was found in his room saying he was stressed as he felt he couldn’t leave JEE.
However, Abhishek’s father denied that his son was under stress and maintained that he was coping well. Abhishek did not report any learning difficulties, he added. The police registered a case. On Thursday, Abhishek’s body was handed over to his family after post-mortem. tnn
