SIT formed to probe the murder of a JMM employee

Hazaribag: A 46-year-old JMM employee, Santosh Singh, was shot dead at the Birsa Coal Mining project site in Central Coalfields Limited on Wednesday in Urimari. Singh, who worked for both JMM and CCL, was shot 10 times in the body and head, resulting in his instant death.
Hazaribag SP Arvind Kumar Singh on Thursday said that he has formed a special investigation team (SIT) headed by SDPO Barkagaon, Pawan Kumar, to arrest the culprits.
Singh was initiating local coal sales to displaced workers and laborers at the project site when he was shot dead by gunmen on motorcycles. tnn
