One person died, 16 injured in accidents caused by dense fog

On Friday, a PRTC bus conductor was killed and 16 people injured in two accidents due to poor visibility due to thick fog on the Sangrur-Barnala highway near Bahadurpur village.

In the first accident, a PRTC bus traveling from Sangrur to Bathinda hit a tractor-trailer as the driver did not see the tractor in front of him. As a result of the accident, the bus conductor died on the spot.
