Police say a 36-year-old FDNY firefighter was allegedly driving to Staten Island under the influence of alcohol

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A New York firefighter was arrested Sunday on multiple charges, including driving under the influence, driving under the influence and refusing to take a breathalyzer test, according to the New York Police Department.

According to a statement from the New York Police Department’s deputy commissioner of public information, 36-year-old Jean Negron-Davila, who was off-duty, was arrested at the 121st Precinct around 4:18 a.m.

Information about Negron-Davila’s attorneys was not readily available at the time of publication.
