A depraved illegal immigrant from Guatemala “caught in the act” of molesting a toddler in Alabama over the weekend gave a sick report to cops, authorities said.

“It is what it is,” Luis Lopez-Martinez, 38, allegedly told Limestone County deputies.

Lopez-Martinez was arrested on Sunday and charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 after the victim’s family caught him molesting the child and detained him before police, Fox News reported.

Shocked relatives allegedly knocked the migrant to the ground when they caught him, the website reports.

The child was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The child’s condition could not immediately be determined.

According to Fox News, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have detained an accused child molester and are expected to begin deportation proceedings once his criminal case is concluded.

Under federal immigration policy, Lopez-Martinez would first serve prison time if convicted before being turned over to ICE for deportation.

Lopez-Martinez is being held on $2 million bail, according to online records available on the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office said it has not ruled out additional charges in the case.

“I would like to thank Deputy (Bradley) Fontenot and Investigator (Kandaka) Wilson for their dedication and tireless efforts in seeking justice for this innocent child,” said Limestone County Sheriff Joshua McLaughlin.

“Their efforts reinforce our commitment to protecting the most vulnerable members of our community and ensuring that justice is served.”
