According to the PTI report, the driver, identified as 48-year-old Rakesh Kumar Sonia, was invited to the event by the Judge District Kanpur Jitendra Pratap. It was done after Sonia told him what happened to him during a public interrogation three days ago.

Rakesh Kumar Sonia is a resident of Hanumant Vihar in Kanpur district. The report shows that on December 30 Sonia’s author, going to the town of Baradevi, got stuck in a traffic jam near Naubasty.

When he tried to maneuver his author in street traffic, Ishwar Singh’s road policeman allegedly hit a stick. This led to an argument, during which the policeman allegedly torn the curtain in the Sonia vehicle and abused him verbally.

With more brutal details, Sonia claimed that the accused Ishwar Singh also tried to put a plastic stick in his mouth.

As a result of this alleged molestationSonia decided to lodge a complaint about a policeman. He claimed, however, that even after his complaint against the traffic control room, no action was taken against the accused.

Disappointed, he knocked on the door of the then district judge Rakesh Kumar Singh. He insisted that the official would allow euthanasia at Gandhi’s monument Republic Day. Then the additional deputy police commissioner for road traffic Archna Singh initiated an investigation that again did not lead to any action before the transfer of Rakesh Kumar Singh.

Later, Jitendra Pratap Singh took the office of a district judge. Underarled by the lack of actions against the accused, Sonia drew the attention of Jebendry Singha to the whole event, after which the district judge stated that such treatment of any citizen was unacceptable. Then he invited Sonia to take part in the celebration of the Republic Day.

On Saturday, an official invitation was sent to Sonia.

Jebendra Pratap Singh believed that the restoration of honor and dignity of Sonim was necessary and therefore invited him to the celebration on the occasion of the Republic Day, said PTI.
