NC, Congress Slam Center over security claims after the Kulgam attack- week

The National Conference (NC) and the Congress settled the center in connection with its claims of better safety in Jammu and Kashmir, after the war attack in Kulgam, who killed a former soldier of the territorial army (Ta) and wounded his wife and niece.

NC President Farooq Abdullah, talking to reporters in Jammu, questioned the government’s claims that the struggle ended in Kashmir.

“Ask those who claim that the struggle has ended,” he said. “If such incidents still happen, where their claims have disappeared?”

He accused the center of claims in parliament and outside of it, and even from mountain peaks, without recognition of ground reality.

Significant concerns, the president of JKPC Tariq Hameed Karra said that the last attacks in Kashmir and Jammu revealed the government’s claims regarding security in Jammu and Kashmir.

“The government must seriously rethink its approach and present the truth to the country,” he said.

He argued that the expanding gap between New Delhi’s claims and the actual conditions on Earth became more and more visible. “These claims are not only inaccurate, but misleading,” he said.

In response to the security force attack, they began a large -scale search operation in the Kulgam district to track the attackers. Manzoor Ahmad, a former soldier, was shot by fighters and suffered critical injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where they injured. His wife and niece were also wounded during the attack.

After the incident, older policemen and the army arrived in place to assess the situation, and this area was quickly fenced off to prevent the attackers from escaping. Safety forces intensified searches, combing dense orchards, residential areas and suspicious hideouts. Sniffer drones and dogs have also been arranged to help locate the attackers.

The authorities are investigating material from CCT television and other technical evidence, while several people from the village and nearby Hamlet are questioned. Since the situation is still developing, security agencies remain in high vigilance when they work on the identification and detention of people responsible for the attack.

The murder has been widely condemned, including the Governor of Lieutenant Manoj Sinha, because political leaders are still pressing the Center for Responsibility for their security claims in Jammu and Kashmir.
