Eight killed in a huge road in Toll Gate – archipelago

People were killed, and at least 11 others were injured in a destructive disaster that took place in Tollgate in Bogor Regency in Western Java, just before midnight on Tuesday.

Police head Bogor Sr. Comr. Eco Prastyo explained that the accident began when a truck carrying drinking water jug, apparently on the way to Jakarta, lost control at the gate of fees.

The truck collided with a few vehicles waiting for the fee, destroying six vehicles, three of which have caught fire. The disaster also damaged three cabs on the spot.

“It is believed that the truck has experienced a brake failure, causing it to hit the line of vehicles waiting for payment at the gate of fees. All fatalities were people in vehicles hit by a truck – said Eco on Wednesday.

The victims of the disaster were taken to the general hospital in Ciiwi for treatment. According to the authorities, seven people suffered minor injuries, while four others suffered serious injuries resulting from the intensive influence of the disaster.

Among the wounded victims were four officers for customer service service operator, PT Jasa Marga, who worked on the output fees when the accident took place.

The police said that five less cut off victims were sent home from the hospital.
