Randall County Judge of a sentence for 15 years too many allegations of children’s sex crime

Randall County, Texas (KFDA) – Randall County judge sentenced a man to 15 years in prison for numerous accusations of children’s sexual assault.

23-year-old James Clay Ham confessed to two cases of indecency with children’s sexual contact and one case of sexual assault.

State Ham’s court documents gave up the right to the jury and renounced his right to appeal.
