Three colleagues of Mr. Rubiales are also in the trial, accused of collusion in the alleged coercion: Jorge Vilda, coach of the winning World Cup, Rubén River, former head of the Federation marketing and former sports director of Albert Lique. Everyone deny the allegations.

On Wednesday, the court heard that Vilda talked to Rafael Hermoso – brother of Jenni Hermoso – on the flight back to Spain, telling him that Rubialeles was afraid of his position, according to local Spanish media.

Mr. Vilda asked him to talk to his sister that she had made a video with Mrs. Rubiales, who disregards the kiss.

Rafael Hermoso said that the trainer warned that his sister could face “professional and personal consequences” if she did not cooperate.

Speaking on Monday on Monday, Mrs. Hermoso said that she and the then president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation hugged and celebrated at a football party, saying that he then grabbed her “behind the ears and kiss (ED) in my mouth.”

“I haven’t heard or understood anything,” she said, adding that “the kiss in the mouth is served only when I decide.”

The footballer said that she felt “completely abandoned by the federation.”

Prosecutors call Mr. Rubiales to receive an annual prison sentence for a sexual assault for a kiss. They also call him to receive a sentence of a year and a half for coercion, for alleged attempt to put pressure on Mrs. Hermoso, to publicly say that the kiss was consistent. Rubiales denies the allegation.
