Shooting at the Myrtle beach was revenge for the alleged sexual assault

Myrtle Beach, SC (WMBF) – new documents obtained by WMBF News shed more light on the reported shooting in Myrtle Beach.

The data show that Raul Rodriguez is accused of attempting to murder and have a weapon during a brutal crime after allegedly opening on Sunday at Sanibel Court.

Rodriguez orders, obtained on Friday by WMBF News, in the investigation later showed that the incident resulted from the alleged sexual assault in which his wife was a reported victim.

Suspicious in sexual assault, identified in documents as Maicom Isai Salas-Alvarez, was also arrested on Sunday and accused of criminal sexual behavior of the third degree.

Requires the state of Salas-Alvarez allegedly sexually attacked Rodriguez’s wife while sleeping on Sunday. Apparently she woke up and pushed Salas-Alvarez, calling Rodriguez for help.

Rodriguez’s orders state that he went home with a rifle “revenge” of alleged sexual assault. Rodriguez allegedly opened the fire in Salas-Alvarez when he was on earth before he ran him on foot. Both men were later arrested.

Orders also state that the fields and a bullet hole were found in the Salas-Alvarez vehicle.

The data show that both men got involved in prison on Monday. Rodriguez has published a bond of USD 25,000, while Salas-Alvarez has published a USD 40,000 bond.
