Police are investigating after a shooting in DeKalb County that left one person dead and one injured

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. – Officers are investigating a fatal double shooting that occurred on New Year’s Eve in DeKalb County.

On Tuesday afternoon, police responded to the 3300 block of Kenridge Parkway after receiving reports of shots fired.

At the scene, officers found a man shot.

A short time later, another victim was found on nearby Memorial Drive.

Investigators have not released the identities of any of the victims or determined what led to the deadly violence.
