Staffordshire The coroner court heard that Mr. Craven-Jones was a black Ford KA driver when he collided with a “fixed tree” at B5012 Cannock Road in Pilkington.

He and the passenger at the front, Jones, were announced dead on the spot, and Sophie Bates, one of the rear seats passengers, died in BirminghamQueen Elizabeth hospital on May 28.

The coroner assistant Kelly Dixon recorded a short form of death as a collision of road traffic.

The Brooke Varley passenger application “indicated that at some point the 15-minute journey reached a maximum speed of 85 miles per hour.”

The investigation heard evidence that while the driver was wearing a seat belt, the passenger did not wear the front, and no rear seats wore the seat belts.

Mrs. Dixon said that she was satisfied with the balance of the probability that “the wrong speed above the tanned rear bridge” caused a loss of control.

Assistant Koroner said that he would prevent the future report on the deaths of Staffordshire Highways Authority after the previous mortal collision on the same section of the road.
