MNPD is searching for a suspect involved in a fatal shooting on the Apache Trail

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) – Metro police are searching for a suspect after a fatal shooting in Antioch that left a 35-year-old woman dead.

The incident occurred on Sunday morning around 5 a.m. at an apartment on Apache Trail.

When police arrived, they found a woman shot in the chest. She was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center… where she died.

Authorities said they have a strong lead in the case but are looking for more information.
