Deputies are asking for help in locating Joshua Adam Hauger, who is wanted on assault charges

SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding Joshua Adam Hauger.

Deputies say the 29-year-old is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon.

On October 13, deputies responded to a report of a robbery.

When they arrived at the home, they were met by the victim, who reported that Hauger had threatened her and her friend after he allegedly physically tugged on the lock of the gun and said he was “coming for them” as he walked towards the unarmed couple.

The victim told Hauger that the surveillance camera was recording him and had already called the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were also told that the victim had recently broken up with Hauger after discovering he was cheating on her.

After telling Hauger he was calling the sheriff’s office, he allegedly fled the scene with a gun and has since been on the run.

Joshua Adam Hauger is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He also has an active probation violation for residential burglary.
