One person injured after accident in Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – On Saturday, November 2, a 16-year-old male was taken to the emergency room in Crookston after a two-vehicle collision in Polk County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Toyota Scion driven by a 16-year-old male was traveling southbound on State Highway 9. A Semi driven by 59-year-old Rodney John Cieklinski was traveling northbound on State Highway 9 when the vehicles collided.

The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
