The 36-year-old NFL commentator admitted that he “slumped to a level he shouldn’t have.”

“The bottom line is… I try to live by the Golden Rule. That’s what I was always taught,” he continued.

“I try to treat people with common decency and respect and I intend to continue to do so, even though I failed this week. I’m going to keep doing it and keep doing it.”

The tense moment between Jason – who was at Penn State over the weekend for ESPN’s “College GameDay” – and the student was caught on camera and quickly went viral.

“Kelce, how does it feel that your brother is interested in dating Taylor Swift?” in the background of several videos shared on social media, the troll could be heard shouting at Jason.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center immediately turned around, grabbed the guy’s phone and smashed it in the street, then picked it up and walked away as the student demanded Jason return it.
