Williamsport man gets out of vehicle after accident | News, sports, work

State police said a 34-year-old Williamsport man was involved in a car crash on Route 15 in Brady Township on Jan. 3 around 12:47 a.m. and escaped the wreck under his own power.

Christian A. Torres was traveling south when his Mazda 3 crossed the center turning lane and the northbound lane and went over an embankment.

The vehicle overturned several times. He stopped at the bottom of the embankment. Torres got out and climbed to the top, stopping the patrolling soldiers. He suffered moderate injuries and was transported to UPMC Williamsport.
