Severe delays on M6 and across Preston after Jaguar smashes into central reservation

There are also delays around the A59 at Samlesbury, Blackpool Road in Preston, London Road between Preston and Walton-le-Dale and around Riversway.

A spokesperson for police said: “We were called to Junction 31 of the M6 at 12.29pm today following a report a Jaguar had collided with the central reservation.

“Lane 4 on the northbound and southbound carriageways is closed while the barrier is repaired.

“Thankfully nobody was injured.”
